Liquid alkali evaporation is the process of concentrating the solid caustic soda solution obtained by electrolysis.By heating,the water in the liquid alkali evaporates,and the concentration of the liquid alkali gradually increases.Liquid alkali evaporation usually uses a multi effect evaporator to improve evaporation efficiency and reduce energy consumption.During the evaporation process,it is necessary to strictly control parameters such as evaporation temperature and vacuum degree to ensure the quality and concentration of liquid alkali.
